Philmont Giving Us ATTENTION on August 25
Super-creative North Carolina rock band Philmont will release its debut full-length album, ATTENTION, on August 25 via Forefront Records (tobyMac, Audio Adrenaline). The set combines the handful of songs from the quartet’s acclaimed OH SNAP EP with a bunch of new material—in all, twelve tracks for under eight bucks!
Besides lyrical ingenuity and punk-pop musical enthusiasm, Philmont is fast becoming known for its deep yet fun, do-it-yourself music videos. Check out the ATTENTION-grabbing clips and outtakes for “The Difference” and “Another Name” at MySpace, where you can also join the street team of “Philmonsters” and have the chance to win a signed poster from Scott, Josiah, Justin, and Todd.
